Cape Town TV will be holding a Members’ Round Table Meeting on Saturday, 5 October 2024 from 9 am – 12. 30 pm at our offices in Observatory.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide a wide range of opportunities for you to get involved with Cape Town TV. We will discuss strategies for membership participation & collaboration with the channel and issues such as your needs as members and how we can assist you to air your issues and publicize your organisations and campaigns on television.
We will also introduce our new initiative, the Cape Town Daily stringer network, where our daily news show will invite citizen journalists to become regular contributors to the news bulletin.
In the final session we will break up into groups to flesh out how you can get involved, get feedback on Cape Town TV’s programming and other related matters.
We will treat you to lunch, during which we can network and chat informally about the morning’s discussions. Lunch will finish at 1pm.
